  • Reason for return

We’ll issue a full refund and you can keep the calendar!


We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For your security we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. We can also accept money orders and cashiers checks sent to Novawave Publications LLC  / Po Box 9125  /  Albuquerque, NM 87119. We will even accept personal & business checks, but shipping will be delayed up to 12 banking days until the check clears the bank. There is no surcharge for using any form of payment. When placing your order, please provide the exact billing address, email and phone number that your credit card co has on file for you.

Return Policy

We stand behind our product quality and offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Try it for 30 days and if you are dissatisfied with your calendar for any reason we will return the full purchase price and you can keep the calendar. All we ask is that you give us your feedback in the return email request. We value your opinion. It’s important for us to understand why people like or dislike our calendars so we can better serve them. If your calendar has any printing defects just let us know within 30 days of receipt and we’ll replace it for you at no charge. If possible please take a picture of the defect so we can make sure that the problem gets corrected. Just use the contact form and let us know what the problem is with your NovaWave calendar.  Please allow 2 to 3 days for a replacement to be shipped. If we are out of stock of that item, then we will refund the full purchase price.


Shipping Policy

In most cases we will ship your calendar out within 1 to 2 days after receiving payment. All shipping costs are included in the prices listed. You should receive your calendar within 7 – 10 business days of shipping, anywhere in the US. Wholesale orders may be subject to some shipping charges, but that will be assessed on an individual basis. Novawave Publishing LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping service. Receipt of payment doesn’t guarantee shipment of product if we are out of stock or the item has been discontinued. In that case we will refund the full purchase price.
